Return & Refund Eligibility
Products can be returned or replaced within 14 days from delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is sealed, unused, and in its original condition and packaging as received.

The item is returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The order has not had a previous return/exchange request, except in cases of wrong, damaged, or defective items.

A Return Merchandise Number (RMN) has been obtained from Original K beauty by Mariam after reviewing your request and supporting photos/videos (if needed) and it takes 5 working days to review your request to approve eligibility to send you RMN.
Please note: Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
